Well we collected our caravan and annex as arranged with you back in September, and had planned a test run in putting up the annex b4 our holidays, but the weather and time never allowed us. So with all still in its bags, we set out on our holidays not even having watched the dvd. On arrival in Mackay , with a storm threatening and the customary audience that you get when setting up , we pulled out our brand new annex and patio bags and emptied the contents. A comment was made by camper " Brand new ey?" . Without a word of a lie we had it totally erected in no time, patio included. Everything lined up and everything was as I had asked for . So with a complete look of confidence and satisfaction we cracked a celebration drink and sat under our patio and fielded the onlooker's stares. We had several inches of rain over our 2 week holiday and were great full that we had invested in the annex. We had quite a few comments on how neat and tidy the whole annex / patio was. ( don't mind compliments ). So thankyou for the great product, your team's professionalism and I can honestly say that rarely these days do dealings and products tick all the boxes. Well done, keep up the good work and thanks again.

We visited your factory yesterday afternoon and were served by Tim (who said he was one of the floor supervisors).

We just wanted to say that the service which we received from Tim was exceptional. He patiently answered a whole host of questions and outlined various options which will suit our requirements. We know exactly what we want now.

We look forward to our caravan arriving at Brisbane RV’s (should be next week) and getting on with the annex.

We plan to leave Brisbane on 11th April and Tim assured us that Kakadu would see to it that the annex would be available before we take off.

I just wanted to say again how happy and impressed I am with my new Kakadu annex and the prompt service I received from yourself and your team.

Our first trip away was to Airlie beach, the week before Easter, certainly attracted a bit of interest from fellow campers, I was surprised by the number of people who commented on the quality of the annexe or asked where I had purchased it from, of course I was more than happy to pass on my experience and dealings with All Seasons Vinyl.

Really appreciate the feedback and comments about this fly over and now can plan our options.

Again I Marilyn and I are still very pleased with your product which has work very well in strong winds and wet weather. There is no apparent wear or damage to the walls and each time we fold them up Marilyn keeps recalling the way you showed us how to hold them without creating wear marks.

Packing up in wet weather has been great - cannot imagine what wet canvas would be like (the weight and moisture would put me off putting it in the caravan).
